He\/she shall also be required to apply acquired knowledge and experience to provide the necessary support for the Group to help achieve corporate objectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Assist in the formulation and implementation of all security policies\/procedures regarding crime and investigations and ensure strict compliance for the company<br \/>Ensure consistent improvement in security deliverables such as background checks, audit and investigations<br \/>Initiate and monitor preventive and precautionary measures to minimize criminal activities for the company<br \/>Ensure that appropriate devices and resources are procured for the efficient and effective running of the department<br \/>Maintain a strong bond with key regulators \u2013 Ghana Police, Military, Bureau of National Investigation, Judiciary, Ministry of Interior etc<br \/>Build an effective and reliable information acquisition platform for the subsidiary<br \/>Provide advice to stakeholders based on intelligence gathered from investigations<br \/>Compile and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports on crimes, thefts cases etc for the Group<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum of Diploma in a security-related field<br \/>Must have attained the rank of Captain or above for Military or ASP or above for Police\/Intelligence Services<br \/>At least ten (10) years relevant security experience (3 of which should have been in a managerial position)<br \/>Sound investigative and reporting skills<br \/>Proven leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills<br \/>Excellent communication skills<br \/>Adept at Microsoft office suite<br \/>Medically and physically fit for the position<br \/>Possession of a high sense of integrity.
