When it comes to rocking voluptuous curves, Samantha Harris<\/strong> is no match for her celebrity peers \u2014 except when breastfeeding.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are a lot of women in Hollywood who are known for their bodies because of their cleavage \u2014 that\u2019s something that I usually lack, and I\u2019m okay with that,\u201d the Entertainment Tonight<\/em><\/a> correspondent, 37, told PEOPLE during the launch of The Beauty Book for Brain Cancer<\/em><\/a> on Nov. 14 in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

\u201cExcept when I was pregnant and breastfeeding, there was an abundance.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fortunately, the sudden added assets shortly before and after the births of daughters Josselyn Sydney<\/strong><\/a>, 4, and Hillary Madison<\/strong>, 10 months<\/a>, were only temporary.

\u201cI\u2019ve decided that cleavage is for the men, but in practicality, if you asked most women out there, dealing with a large bosom is difficult to do going through life,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t like the fashion choices I had to make when I was larger there \u2026 and exercise was no fun because you had to do double [the] sports bra and you feel constricted.\u201d<\/p>\n

Admittedly in a \u201cmuch freer place now\u201d since returning to her normal size, Harris is now sporting a new red carpet craze: dresses with drool.<\/p>\n

\u201cUsually there\u2019s spit up on me or something happened with the kids,\u201d she laughs. \u201cLately it\u2019s been a lot of drool because my daughter really likes to gnaw on my shoulder.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for her girls, Harris reveals the \u201cchase\u201d is on in her household, with Josselyn in the lead and Hillary close behind.<\/p>\n

\u201cHillary just wants to be around her big sister<\/a> Josselyn and go wherever she goes,\u201d\u00a0Harris shares, adding her youngest is perfecting her wobbly walk. \u201cHillary is crawling up a storm so much faster than her sister did because she is constantly trying to catch up.\u201d<\/p>\n

And with Hillary meeting her milestones earlier than Josselyn, Harris and her husband Michael Hess<\/strong> attribute much of her success to one thing: second child syndrome.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith baby number one my husband and I did everything for her, but baby number two doesn\u2019t have that luxury because we\u2019re constantly juggling two,\u201d she explains.<\/p>\n
