YFM in collaboration with MTN and rLG are giving Ghanaians another reason besides Christmas to love the month of December. The hugely anticipated \u2018LOUD IN GH\u2019 concert is slated to come off on December 17 at the Accra International Conference Center.<\/p>\n

\u2018LOUD IN GH\u2019 brings together artists that have bombarded the airwaves and music charts with notable hits throughout the year. This unrivalled concert, which amassed over 2 000 fans last year, is the only initiative of its kind, giving listeners and fans, complete access to their choice of artistes.<\/p>\n

With 12 slots set for artiste performances, Yfm has given listeners the autonomy to text in and nominate their favourite stars for 2011. The premise of this initiative is not solely entertainment but to primarily laud the hardwork of our Ghanaian artistes and motivate them through their performances and interaction with the fans. Concert goers will therefore have the exclusive opportunity to bask in performances by vocalists that they have chosen for the night.<\/p>\n

Explaining their commitment to being the best, Nana Kwame Sarpong, Station Manager for Yfm, asserted that \u201cAs a primarily youth oriented station, we are challenged everyday to present exceptional concepts that will excite and maintain interest within our community. We are always looking for new ways to make our listeners happy and this is the opportune event.<\/p>\n

Most concerts are held without the active involvement of the fans who are the most important people beside the performers. We wanted to do otherwise because that is what Yfm\u2019s Y experience is all about.\u201d<\/p>\n
