assigned<\/li>\n<li>Submit quarterly reports on properties assigned<\/li>\n<li>Tenancy Management \u2013 Collection of rents, review lease agreements, etc<\/li>\n<li>Procure and manage office furniture for all Subsidiaries<\/li>\n<li>Ensure and maintain health and safety standards in properties assigned<\/li>\n<li>Procure and manage Service Providers<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain asset register for plants and equipments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land Economy or Facility Management with at least three (3) years relevant years experience<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of the local property terrain<\/li>\n<li>Adept at Microsoft Office suite and a fair knowledge in any Facility Management Software<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work long hours with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Must possess a high sense of integrity<\/li>\n<li>Must possess excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Must possess excellent interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be someone who pays attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How To
