Develop a market strategy for Tigo Cash (including branding, communications, promotions and pricing):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Based on market research, determine product mix and product evolution<\/li>\n<li>Define tariffs and commissions<\/li>\n<li>Plan the ordering and deployment of ATL &#038; BTL materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Design and deploy a distribution network based on the Agent model for Tigo Cash:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine the criteria for agents in the network<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Recruitment\" href=\"http:\/\/joblistghana.com\">Recruitment<\/a> and train agent network<\/li>\n<li>Integrate a quality assurance system into management processes for the agent network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Establish strategic partnerships with licensed financial institutions, and other institutions for B2C transactions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess licensed commercial banks and engage a partner to host the Trust Account<\/li>\n<li>Engage other institutions tool for the payment partners for Tigo Cash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Define functional specifications and lead procurement and implementation of the Tigo Cash system:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine the system vendor<\/li>\n<li>Define functional specifications<\/li>\n<li>Lead procurement process<\/li>\n<li>Manage implementation and testing of system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6.
