Singer Lauryn Hill just gave birth to her sixth child -a son- that a source told CNN she\u2019s been referring to as \u201cBaby Boy Marley.\u201d<\/p>\n

Blogs have been buzzing ever since her long time love Rohan Marley, with whom Hill has five children, tweeted during the pregnancy that he was not the father.<\/p>\n

\u201c2 things, I\u2019m not married and I don\u2019t have anyone expecting anything,\u201d Marley tweeted.<\/p>\n

Not to mention that there have been lots of speculation that the pair is no longer even a couple and Marley has moved on to dating a Brazilian model.<\/p>\n

Now, Hill has posted a message on her official Twitter account which may, or may not, back up both claims.<\/p>\n

\u201cMr. Marley and I have a long and complex history about which many inaccuracies have been reported since the beginning,\u201d the message reads. \u201cTo speculate without the facts can only cause people to form wrong conclusions.\u201d<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the reclusive singer says both she and Marley \u201cvalue privacy and for that reason defend and preserve our right to it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cContrary to numerous reports, Mr. Marley did not abandon me while pregnant with his child,\u201d the tweet continues.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have had long periods of separation over the years but our 5 children together remain a joy to us. Thank you for your concern and I appreciate all of the well wishes regarding the birth of my new son.\u201d<\/p>\n
