\u2018MUGU\u2019, a hiplife track by Castro Da Destroyer and Yaw Dompe, a new entrant in Ghana\u2019s music scene, is gradually becoming the talk of town since promo copies of the song reached the media.<\/p>\n

Dompe, though new on the music block, has demonstrated with his \u2018MUGU\u2019<\/em> track that he has done his home work well enough to give Ghanaians just what they expect from a new artiste.<\/p>\n

He is already being sought after by entertainment event organizers in and out of Accra and who ever his managers are would definitely have a heavy task on their hands.<\/p>\n

The young hiplifer is simply a hope to the future of Ghana\u2019s music industry and an adorable person to behold on stage.<\/p>\n

He has featured Ruff N Smooth on his \u2018My Baby\u2019<\/em> track recorded by J Q, and also has songs with other celebrated hiplife artistes including Sexy Tinny in his yet-to-be launched album which is already raising eyebrows in music circles.<\/p>\n

Yaw Dompe, in an interview explained that he decided to do music to prove to the world that a Ghanaian musician could make it internationally and become a global icon.<\/p>\n

He expressed the belief that if he worked had, was determined and disciplined, there was no way he would not achieve his dreams.<\/p>\n

\u201cI sing about love and women because we all need love and cannot do without women. I believe that if we really understand what love is there would be no need for us to even have a single divorce case or to hear of a man abusing a woman or refusing to accept a pregnancy or take care of a baby.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is this understanding of love that I would be educating my listeners on because I want us to live in a world where there would be no domestic violence, broken homes and all the negatives that go with the absence of love in a relationship,\u201d Dompe noted.<\/p>\n
