It supports programme development and implementation,\u00a0to ensure that Right To Play (RTP)\u2019s programme\/projects have a significant impact; and supports the Country Offices in the development of programme strategies appropriate for the specific environments in which RTP works<\/li>\n<li>She\/he works with a team of professionals focused on the project design, quality training assurance, and partner\/coaches certification that effectively ensures\u00a0that systems and people are in place to ensure the proper management of training activities<\/li>\n<li>The RPO (DQA) supports the CO to run training programmes for staff and partners; conducts\u00a0needs assessments; helps institute mechanisms to improve the delivery training services; design\/adapt and implement new tools, processes, and programmes; report with recommendations for improvement; and to create a larger pool of effectively trained RTP\u00a0staff, volunteers, coaches, trainers, teachers and leaders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The RPO (DQA) reports\u00a0to the Deputy Regional Director of WAFA and works with the Regional M&#038;E Officer\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div readability=\"9.75512905361\">\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>A Master\u2019s degree in disciplines relevant to RTP focus areas (education, sports, play, health\/HIV, etc) or equivalent combination of education and work experience<\/li>\n<li>5-7 years training, training of trainers, and adult education certification experience<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of humanitarian and development issues<\/li>\n<li>Significant work experience with international NGOs and\/or non-profit organisations<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with children, play and sports issues<\/li>\n<li>Programme design and proposal development<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience using non-formal, participatory, experiential education techniques<\/li>\n<li>Experience conducting observation and assessment visits<\/li>\n<li>Experience in curriculum development<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure meeting deadlines in a fast paced fluid environment<\/li>\n<li>Superior organisational skills and able to multi-task on a constant basis<\/li>\n<li>Creative and flexible with good problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Approachable and friendly personality<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS\u00a0Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English and French (written and verbal)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div readability=\"10.0192771084\">\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All interested candidates who meet the requirements should deliver via email their application with detailed Curriculum Vitae to the: The Regional HR\u00a0Officer at:\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"mailto:wafaregional@righttoplay.com\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">wafaregional@righttoplay.com<\/a>.
