The male passenger has since been admitted to the Oshakati Intermediate Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Oshana Police Regional Commander, Commissioner Ndahangwapo Kashihakumwa, said the BMW driver was spotted driving at night with his lights off. He was allegedly speeding at the time.
