Now the case will be opened for the accused to open his defence. The accused, Dodou Sanneh informed the court that he is seeking for the court to grant him an adjournment. He explained that this will enable him to seek a legal counsel before he opens his defence.<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate Ma Nyima Bojang who presided over the case granted the application of the accused. She said the accused has a right to seek a legal counsel at any stage of the trial, thus the court would grant him the application.
