The Associate Product Manager is expected to gather requirements, understand market opportunities, define new product features and work with engineers to execute them.<\/p>\n<p>Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Write server-side code for web-based applications, create robust high-volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly. Unix\/Linux.<\/li>\n<li>A solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to deliver complex projects independently and on time, with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills<\/li>\n<li>0\u20132 years working experience for Level I, 2-5 years experience for level II<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Guide products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting and tailoring solutions to all the markets where the company does business<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in technology research \/ roadmap development and help to define product vision and strategy and work with engineers to execute it<\/li>\n<li>Manage products through the release, launch, market introduction and support phases<\/li>\n<li>Understand and analyze user needs and provide sales support on assigned products<\/li>\n<li>Maintain business metrics data and reports for future analysis by senior staff members<\/li>\n<li>Research markets and Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversight and management of all accounting for the company<\/li>\n<li>Monthly financial reporting to senior management and investors<\/li>\n<li>Budget Planning and monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance and provision of relevant management accounting information to the operations team to facilitate effective decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring strict internal financial controls to minimise revenue and asset leakage<\/li>\n<li>Working with external auditors to prepare audited accounts for the production process<\/li>\n<li>Watch and review commercial trends to determine the best methods to make the product marketable or profitable to the company<\/li>\n<li>Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute<\/li>\n<li>Deliver Marketing Requirement Document (MRDs) and Product Requirement Document (PRDs) with prioritized features and corresponding justification<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a software entrepreneur with proven track record in full life cycle implementation of software products<\/li>\n<li>Possess an engineering background with an MBA or previously started an internet or mobile software comapny<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of four years of software marketing\/product management experience<\/li>\n<li>Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0the drive to make that vision a reality<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent software products<\/li>\n<li>Must enjoy spending time in the market to understand the needs, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead a product
