The accused is charged with the offence of idle and disorderly act, contrary to Section 166 (d) of Criminal Code, Laws of The Gambia.<\/p>\n<p>The particulars of the offence revealed that the accused on or about 25th June 2011 at around 15:30pm in Yarambamba, Kombo North District of West Coast Region, behaved himself in a manner purposely to cause a breach of peace by taking out his private part and calling one girl called Sarjo Beyai to come and answer to him, thereby commit an offence.<\/p>\n<p>When the charge was read to the accused, he pleaded not guilty.
