The case challenging the appointment of Keriako Tobiko as the Director of Public Prosecutions will this morning be before a three judge bench appointed by chief justice Willy Mutunga.<\/p>\n

The petition was filed by the Kenya Youth Parliament and the Kenya Youth League who claim that Tobiko’s integrity is questionable.<\/p>\n

High court judges John Mwera, Philomena Mwilu and Mohammed Warsame will hear the submissions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
