Zanaco coach Wedson Nyirenda has blamed his team for lacking character after they lost the leadership of the MTN \/FAZ Super Division.<\/p>\n

Zanaco lost 1-0 to second-placed Red Arrows on Wednesday in a Week 13 game at Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka.<\/p>\n

Zanaco dropped from top spot to fourth place after this loss.<\/p>\n

“I didn\u2019t see anything that Arrows had today that warranted us a loss,” a disappointed Nyirenda said in a post-match interview.<\/p>\n

“They (my team) did not play like they were interested in winning the game.”<\/p>\n

Nyirenda said it was back to the drawing board after Arrows ended Zanaco’s four-match unbeaten run in which the 2009 champions have collected 10 points from a possible 12.<\/p>\n

“We just have to work on our weaknesses we will plan for the second half of the season,” Nyirenda said.<\/p>\n

Zanaco resume their quest for a sixth title in nine years with a big Week 14 clash away to current leaders Power Dynamos at Arthur Davies Stadium in Kitwe.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
