The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) have upheld certain claims by AshantiGold over the transfer of Ghanaian player Opoku Agyemang to Qatari side, Al Sadd by Tunisia’s SC Sfaxien.<\/p>\n
Cas in its ruling by a Single Judge in the matter which begun last year directed SC Sfaxien to pay AshantiGold, the claimant, \u20ac 733,766, representing 30% due to the Ghanaian side following the onward transfer of their former player, Opoku Agyemang to Al Sadd.<\/p>\n
Sfaxien have 30 days as from the notification of the decision to comply with the directive by Cas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n
