A socio-political group, Ndokwa Youths National Movement, NYNM,\u00a0 has condemned the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, Oil Pipeline Surveillance plans, which is coordinated by the Delta State Government, saying that out of the 6,000 slots of surveillance jobs given out by the Federal Government to the state government as youth empowerment programme for pipelines host communities, none was given to the Ndokwa nation.<\/p>\n

In a statement by the Secretary General of the group, Mr Mordi Sylvester, it condemned the manner in which the oil pipelines surveillance jobs were handled in the state. The group said it was unfair that of the over 6,000 slots meant for host communities, none went to the Ndokwa nation.<\/p>\n

They urged President Goodluck Jonathan and the state government to look into the matter, as they were peace loving people, but would not want to be short charged.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
