Eng. Dathan Wamuzibira, who had earlier escaped, later reported to the Central Police Station in Kampala and was produced in the Anti-Corruption Court on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The IGG Public Relations Officer, Ms Munira Ali, in a telephone interview said Mr Wamuzibira was charged with 16 counts ranging from false accounting to embezzlement of public funds.
