Ho, June 27, GNA-Togbe Kotoku XI, Paramount Chief of Kpenoe, at the weekend called on Ghanaians to desist from constantly finding fault with the government.<\/p>\n
He said instead, everyone should work hard to support the government implement its programmes.<\/p>\n
Togbe Kotoku who is also an evangelist, was speaking at a special \u201cFathers’ Day\u201d session of the Men’s Fellowship of Jubilee Christian Centre in Ho.<\/p>\n
He noted that many people had left their productive works and were only finding fault with the government and people in authority and said that attitude is incorrect.<\/p>\n
Togbe Kotoku therefore charged fathers to sit up as the heads of their families and society and work hard towards the rapid socio-economic development of the country and stop murmuring and calling into radio programmes to complain.<\/p>\n
\u201cCriticism is not that bad but the way all of us especially opposition parties constantly find fault with ruling governments is not the best\u201d, he said.<\/p>\n
Togbe Kotoku observed that Christians were the worst offenders, constantly judging others instead of praying for them and urged them to repent.<\/p>\n
\u201cJudgment belongs to God. The more you despise people, the more you drive them away from God and from doing the right thing,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
