Muthama who is also PNU Chief Whip arrived at CID headquarters at 1 pm and left an hour later.<\/p>\n<p>He told reporters outside Mazingira House that detectives who questioned him were interested in knowing the origin of the letter. He denied having any information as to who either authored or brought the letter to the Uhuru Park rally on April 11.<\/p>\n<p>The letter which was read out by Special Programmes minister Muhamed Mohamed to honour the Ocampo Six when they returned from The Hague indicated that ODM had collaborated with ICC prosecutor Moreno Ocampo to frame the suspects.<\/p>\n<p>ODM Secretary General Anyang&#8217; Nyong&#8217;o denied the accusations by PNU allied MPs, and threatened to sue Saboti MP Eugene Wamwala who paraphrased parts of the letter while attacking ODM and himself. &#8220;I have nothing to hide and I am ready to go to court to face my accusers,&#8221; Muthama said after a session with CID officers. He said he received telephone summons from the head of the Economic Crimes and Commercial Department Prosper Bosire on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The letter in question was addressed to Ocampo and had the headline &#8220;Hate Speech, requesting your urgent attention&#8217;, and allegedly signed by Nyong&#8217;o as ODM Secretary General.
