Kenyans living abroad will soon be able to enjoy basic constitutional rights following the establishment of a diaspora desk at the ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n

Acting foreign affairs minister George Saitoti sasy the desk will also facilitate Kenyans living in the Diaspora to vote in future elections as well as secure dual citizenship.The desk will be set up with the help of the World Bank.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
