The government will not be able to facilitate the ICC confirmation hearings in Kenya due to lack of funds.<\/p>\n

Cabinet subcommittee on ICC matters has already communicated the decision to the ICC.<\/p>\n

Five of the ICC suspects have also written to the court objecting to the proposal to have the hearings held here. The hearings will be held in September.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
