\"Radek Cerny has made 81 appearances in his three years with QPR<\/span> <\/p>\n

QPR goalkeeper Radek Cerny has signed a one-year contract extension with the Premier League newcomers.<\/p>\n

The 37-year-old made just two appearances for the Hoops as they won the Championship title last season.<\/p>\n

Manager Neil Warnock said: “Radek is a great pro and a very good keeper. He deserves this new deal.”<\/p>\n

Cerny arrived at Loftus Road in the summer of 2008 having previously been on loan at Spurs, but lost his spot to Paddy Kenny last season.<\/p>\n

He has won three caps for the Czech Republic and played for Union Cheb and Slavia Prague in his homeland before moving to England in January 2005.<\/p>\n

Warnock added: “Raddy and Paddy, along with goalkeeping coach David Rouse are a great team and the fact we did so well defensively last season is credit to the three of them who work so well together.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
