A 45-year-old preacher, Pastor Kwame Anim, has allegedly committed suicide at his residence at Denkyembuoso near Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.<\/p>\n

The lifeless body of Pastor Anim who is the Founder and Leader of the Fire Pentecostal Ministry was found hanging on a ceiling fan in a room where he had spent the night with his wife, Gladys and their three kids.<\/p>\n

Narrating the sad incident to Adom News, the deceased’s wife, who is a trader, said she woke up in the early hours of Tuesday morning and saw that her husband was not by her side. She said she looked up and saw her husband hanging from the ceiling fan in their room.<\/p>\n

Mrs. Gladys Anim who could hold not back her tears, narrated how the two had had a conversation the night before about a trip she had returned from.<\/p>\n

As to whether her husband was depressed about anything which could lead to him committing suicide, Mrs Anim could not tell adding that she finds it difficult to understand why her husband would take his life.<\/p>\n

She stated that her late husband was the easy-going type who counseled people and was an active prayer fellowship member.<\/p>\n

Mrs Gladys Anim said she had informed her three children about the death of their father.<\/p>\n
