Credit Control Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

Objective of Position:
<\/strong>To develop and maintain an effective credit control system for the company<\/p>\n

Key\u00a0Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. To manage the outstanding sales\/servicing balances falling due and contact customers before overdue to confirm payments<\/li>\n
  2. Set and monitor credit limits and undertake measures to ensure outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory level<\/li>\n
  3. Develop or Review the company credit control procedure and assess the credit worthiness of all potential customers before sales are made<\/li>\n
  4. To develop strategies for collecting debt from all District Assemblies and MMDAs<\/li>\n
  5. To review all sales agreements of the company including resolutions with government agencies<\/li>\n
  6. To set monthly debt collection targets and prepare reports on payment balances for management decision making<\/li>\n
  7. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management or its representative from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
