Satirist cum musician A-Plus has told the whole world that he is aware of speculations that he is in a love relationship with Metro TV\u2019s Anita Owusu and that they have a child together.<\/p>\n
The musician said although he does not have a child with Anita, she is light-skinned and he has a soft spot for light skinned girls and easily falls in love with them. \u201cPeople know that I like fair girls and the icing on the cake is when the person works in the bank\u2026 I keep telling people; Anita Owusu is my god friend. Me, I will have many children so if I have a child with Anita Owusu, I will go and take the child.<\/p>\n
\u201cFamily planning means when you give birth to the number of children you can take care of. If you have hundred children and you can take care of them, that is family planning. But if you have one child and you can\u2019t take care of the child, you\u2019ve not done family planning.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cSecondly, Anita Owusu and me don\u2019t have a baby (sic). We were just good friends. Perhaps people are saying this because they know that I like fair girls – he noted on eTV\u2019s Late Night Celebrity Show.<\/p>\n
However, his comments about his choice of woman came a day ahead of the screening of his \u2018A-Plus show\u2019 on eTV last Thursday at 10pm. The first episode of the comedy show was watched live from 9pm to 10pm on a giant screen at Semi\u2019s Place at Asylum Down.<\/p>\n
The one hour stand-up comedy show touched on the lighter side of things, ranging from politics to everyday life. It is also designed to serve the purpose of a social commentary and will be used to foster unity in society.<\/p>\n
Some interesting segments of the show included musical performances by Mimi and the adventures of Mr. Siaw, a five-minute drama comedy which was performed by Kwame Amo of Okay FM and Clement Bonney of \u2018Mr. Beautiful fame\u2019.<\/p>\n
Other segments of the show included the standup comedy segment, which was the climax of the show. It was interlaced with a mind-boggling interview with a gynaecologist.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
