The incumbent will report the CRS <a href=\"http:\/\/joblistghana.com\/jobs-ghana\/administrative-officer\" rel=\"tag\" title=\"Posts tagged with Administrative Officer\">Administrative Officer<\/a>.<br \/><strong><br \/>Purpose:<br \/><\/strong>The Administrative Assistant will ensure that all visitors are well received; all telephone calls responded to and\/or placed promptly and courteously, maintain a professionally organized reception environment.
