He will be back in the office on Monday and I guess that&#8217;s when the hard work starts.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>West Ham completed the signing on Thursday of Kevin Nolan from Newcastle, a player Gold describes as &#8220;iconic&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>He continued: &#8220;He is a quality, quality player.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The relationship between him and Sam Nolan&#8217;s manager at Bolton is very important.
