Last month\u2019s event was great, enjoying great reviews from food critics and patrons alike. \u00a0\u00a0If you missed the last event, don\u2019t miss this one!\u00a0 According to Xavier Hubert, the Xperience Manager of the hotel, each course would begin with a brief history of the various wines before a food that matches with a particular wine flavour is served. He added that in addition to satisfying the sixth sense with food and wine, the event would also be an education on the art of cooking for patrons as they savour in the experience.<\/p>\n
