Margaret Muthoni Mburu was charged at a Murang&#8217;a court that she sent threatening messages using a mobile phone.<\/p>\n<p>The threatening messages were allegedly sent to Mr Sammy Kitonyi Mulwa, an employee of Kengen on November 16, last year. Prosecuting, police Chief Inspector Alphonse Juma had relied on a section of the criminal procedure code in his bid to have the accused released but can be rearrested.<\/p>\n<p>Printouts indicated that the messages were sent from Matuu in Eastern Kenya whose SIM card had not been registered.
