{"id":442150,"date":"2011-06-16T07:48:19","date_gmt":"2011-06-16T07:48:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ghanamma.net\/2011\/06\/16\/recruitment-superintendent-jobs-in-ghana-newmont-ghana\/"},"modified":"2011-06-16T07:48:19","modified_gmt":"2011-06-16T07:48:19","slug":"recruitment-superintendent-jobs-in-ghana-newmont-ghana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/2011\/06\/16\/recruitment-superintendent-jobs-in-ghana-newmont-ghana\/","title":{"rendered":"Recruitment Superintendent Jobs in Ghana: Newmont Ghana"},"content":{"rendered":"<div readability=\"56.0955292319\">\n<div readability=\"46.2029564523\">\n<div readability=\"11\">\n<p>The successful candidate will report to the Human Resources Manager and will coordinator and interact with all levels in the organization for full cycle recruitment positions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop key relationships with the site management\u00a0 to expedite all recruitment needs and ongoing workforce planning<\/li>\n<li>Establish a recruiting strategy with the hiring manager to filling open requisitions, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, selecting and reference checking candidates<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly reports: headcount, new hires, terminations and turnover rate as well as monthly employee separation notices and related documentation and conduct exit interviews as well<\/li>\n<li>Assist manager to conduct interviews select qualified candidates based on job description criteria and present top candidates to hiring managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive<br \/><\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div readability=\"7\">\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource or Business Management, or other related field required<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years working in related field with 4 years direct experience in recruiting\/talent acquisition<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated track record of successfully filling professional profiles, recruitment experience in the mining (or related) industry beneficial and proven ability to meet recruiting targets<\/li>\n<li>Previously demonstrated project management and analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, make decisions, create solutions and take action<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>If you would like to be considered for any of these position, please send your application letter and current CV with references, indicating your e-mail address, telephone contact information to the address\u00a0below:<\/p>\n<div readability=\"5.63716814159\"><strong>The Human Resource\u00a0Manager<br \/>Newmont Golden\u00a0Ridge Limited<br \/>P.
