Not under Sempe, not under Otublohum, not under any \u201cg*dd**n s**t\u201d! It\u2019s right under me; Nii Asere,\u201d he asserted.<\/p>\n<p>To him, as long as he remains \u201clandlord\u201d no one can dictate to him how he should go about installing a Ga Mantse.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve given the mandate to Abola, Gbese to provide me with a tangible person to be installed as a chief\u2026 I\u2019ve never raised anybody\u2019s hand that you\u2019re this. I only raised the hand of Gbese Mantse, Nii Ayi Bonte as the acting Ga Mantse\u2026 there\u2019s no \u201cb**l s**t\u201d about that,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>The Dzaasetse then held aloft the hand of the \u201cnew\u201d Ga Mantse and proclaimed him king of the Ga state but not before reeling off the following words; \u201cand today, as I sit down here with the press around me, do you want me to raise the hand of the chief that I\u2019ve installed for the Ga State? This is the chief that I\u2019ve installed for the Ga State and nobody else, Nii Tackie Adama Latse II. Do you understand (the meaning of) Latse? Fireman!
