CA Global Africa Recruitment is currently looking for a Head of Recruitment for one of its clients (an International Bank<\/a>) in Africa. The position will be based in Ghana.<\/div>\n

The Candidate\u2019s responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Recruitment Management and Consultation:<\/strong> Providing thought leadership, ongoing advice and insights, recruitment, reporting and budget management<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0People Management and Leadership:<\/strong> Management, coaching, leadership and development of a high performing and experienced recruitment team of approximately ten staff<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Relationship Management:<\/strong> contribution to the greater goals of the HR team by way of collaboration and strong relationship management with key stakeholders\/clients (internal and external)<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Projects:<\/strong> Driving innovative recruitment initiatives and projects in conjunction with your team, and manage the \u2018calendar\u2019 of events such as graduate recruitment, people engagement initiatives, year end recruitment drives etc.<\/p>\n

The Candidate must have;<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ideally tertiary qualifications in HR, business, commerce or a related discipline<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Proven success (track record) in a recruitment leadership role, managing similar sized teams<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Demonstrated the ability to proactively drive innovative recruitment initiatives, ideally within the Financial Services industry<\/p>\n
