He is the favourite to become a Villan @ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bet365.com\/home\/?affiliate=365_069562\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">10\/11 (2.10)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The online bookmaker suspended betting on McLeish to join the Blues&#8217; midlands rivals on Friday before McLeish quit Birmingham via email. Following Roberto Martinez&#8217;s snub the Scotsman was as long as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bet365.com\/home\/?affiliate=365_069562\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">10\/1 (11.0)<\/a> to switch sides in the Midlands on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Steve Freeth, bet365 spokesperson, said last week: \u201cMcLeish backers have been filling their boots since Friday lunchtime and we\u2019ll do our dough big time if he crosses to the claret and blue side of the city.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>McLeish stunned St Andrew&#8217;s by quitting via email on Sunday and bet 365 have since reopened the market. You can back the League Cup winner @ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bet365.com\/home\/?affiliate=365_069562\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">11\/10 (2.10)<\/a>, followed by Mark Hughes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bet365.com\/home\/?affiliate=365_069562\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(10\/3, 4.33)<\/a>, David Moyes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bet365.com\/home\/?affiliate=365_069562\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(11\/2, 5.50)<\/a> and long-shot Frank Rijkaard <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bet365.com\/home\/?affiliate=365_069562\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(12\/1, 13.0)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>After successful spells in charge of Rangers and the Scottish national team McLeish took over at St Andrew&#8217;s in November 2007.
