Ghana Under-23 coach Akwesi Appiah has named a strong 31-man squad to face Nigeria in the All Africa Games qualifier later this month.<\/strong><\/p>\nMajority of the Under-20 team which won the World Youth Championship in Egypt two years ago have been blended with members from the 2011 unsuccessful squad.<\/p>\n
Villarreal\u2019s Wakaso Mubarak, France-based Charles Boateng, Jordan Ayew as well as Palermo\u2019s Afriyie Acquah have been invited.<\/p>\n
Andre Ayew, Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu, Opoku Agyemang, Samuel Inkoom, Daniel Opare, David Addy, Rabiu Mohammed and Dominic Adiyiah are all included.<\/p>\n
Fiorentina starlet Maxwell Boadi Acosty and Richmond Boakye-Yiadom will also have the chance to justify their place.<\/p>\n
The squad composition is different from that one picked by former coach David Duncan whose team were kicked out of the London Olympic Games qualifiers by Sudan in March.<\/p>\n
The team will begin camping at the Tema Sports Stadium on Monday.<\/p>\n
