CA Global Africa Recruitment<\/a> is currently looking for a Group HR Manager (Ghana), for an International Bank in Africa. The role will be based in Accra<\/p>\n

Key purpose of the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsible for translating the business strategy into prioritised HR actions and interventions to appropriate time, cost and quality standards that support delivery of the strategy.<\/p>\n

Lead business leadership teams, through the interpretation and execution of the Group\u2019s people agenda. Design Group policy and systems for Performance Management & Reward. Will support implementation through technical expertise<\/p>\n

The Candidates responsibilities include (but are not limited to):<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 At least 10 years experience in HR with 5 year in Performance mngt\/compensations & benefits.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Expert knowledge in Performance management as reward system.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ideally experience in Banking industry, Oil or multinational.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Looking for a Southern\/Eastern African ready to be located in West Africa.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 French is an advantage<\/p>\n

Preference is for a SA citizen willing to relocate to Ghana<\/p>\n
