We all know what has been happening here and across the globe and we cannot pretend to keep away from reality,&#8221; said the minister, who is also deputy Attorney General.<\/p>\n<p>Quoting Article 212 of the Constitution, he said, police is empowered to protect peoples&#8217; lives and properties.
