Despite Manchester United<\/a> finishing nine points ahead of second place Chelsea<\/a> in the Premier League, Patrice Evra<\/a> is not taking anything for granted and wants the club to build on the success.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Red Devils had produced an exceptional home record, dropping just two points from 19 league games in a draw against West Bromwich Albion.<\/span><\/p>\n

But when compared to winning just five games away from Old Trafford, it is easy for Sir Alex Ferguson to see where his team are struggling.<\/span><\/p>\n

Evra explained to The Daily Mirror<\/em>: “The problem we had was our away form. I just don’t understand why we didn’t win more games away from Old Trafford.<\/span><\/p>\n

“We just didn’t play the same way we did at Old Trafford. It was our home form that won us the league.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“Just imagine if we can start winning away – we could win the league by 15 points.<\/span><\/p>\n

“We have to resolve the problem with our away form. As I said, I don’t know why it happened this season but next year we will make sure things change.”\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The player also did not want to dwell on the achievement of taking over rivals Liverpool\u2019s 18 league titles, saying they want to pull further ahead of their rivals.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Every time we went to a restaurant or walked down a street this season the fans wanted to talk about it,” he added.<\/span><\/p>\n

“But we are not finished yet – this is just the beginning. I know Manchester United can win more titles and we just have to keep doing that.<\/span><\/p>\n

“What has happened is a great achievement but we have the quality players to win more than the 19 titles.”<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
