This is with the hope of keeping the sport alive in Nigeria. Ogba argued that lack of competitions would have deliver the final nail on the coffin of athletics.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are bent on running the golden league. Though we have had pockets of sponsorships, but it is just a drop in the ocean of what we require to keep the golden league going. The AFN has to make up for the short fall.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We can&#8217;t sit back and watch.
