His fingers were always strapped together.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cHe stayed with us in the last game in Wales, but said: \u2018Please, at the end of the season I need to have an operation.\u2019 I hope he comes back. I\u2019m happy with these keepers.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Robert Green has become the forgotten man in the England set-up since the World Cup though he has been recalled to the squad for the game against Switzerland because of Foster\u2019s retirement and David Stockdale\u2019s wedding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cGreen stayed with us always and has played a lot of games with us,\u201d Capello said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cHe didn\u2019t play recently because Joe Hart needed more international games.
