BENIN-Former Chairman, Presidential Task Force on Education, Prof Pia Obanya, has called on the federal government to build and integrate the risk of adolescents into National Development Plan.<\/p>\n

He also made case for proper education policies in Nigeria for positive transformation, stating that something needed to be done on the issues.<\/p>\n

According to him, releasing of billions of Naira can never solve any problems but meeting the needs of human minds.<\/p>\n

Prof Obanya made this known at a two-day media dialogue organised by UNICEF for health correspondents on the state of the world children report 2011.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
