The two countries are sticking to Article 14-B which provides rights and uses of the Nile Basin Countries. Concluding talks here on Thursday,<\/p>\n<p>the two sides said the signing of the outline agreement by five of upstream countries would undermine cooperation and negotiations lasted for 12 and Nile Basin imitative.
