They were previously close to signing the Italy under-21 starlet in the January transfer window, but the move eventually fell through.<\/p>\n<p>However, Leonardi is confident that an agreement can be reached on this occasion, telling <em>Sky Sport<\/em>: &#8220;We are very close to completing the transfer of Borini. It is only a matter of details before we wrap up the deal.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Borini is a product of the Bologna youth academy and moved to Chelsea in the summer of 2007.
