Javier Hernandez<\/a>‘s agent says an offer from Real Madrid<\/a> would have to be looked at “closely” and claims anything can happen in football, but insists the striker should not leave Manchester United<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 22-year-old arrived at the Red Devils in July 2010 from Chivas, and made an instant impact in his debut season, netting 20 times in 44 matches as they lifted the Premier League, while the Mexican could also feature in Saturday’s Champions League final against Barcelona at Wembley.<\/p>\n

His impression on English football has reportedly caught the attention of Madrid, but agent Eduardo Hernandez has told Goal.com<\/strong> that although his client would consider an offer from the Santiago Bernabeu, Hernandez has no plans to move on in the summer, adding that the striker is happy in Manchester.<\/p>\n

“Real Madrid are a very big club, but then so are Manchester United. I think this is a subject between directors. We would expect to look closely at any offer from Real Madrid, if Manchester told us there was one,” he said.<\/p>\n

“We would only look at it, though, because in the first place Javier is extremely grateful to Manchester for having given him this chance, and also because it is reciprocated from the club.”<\/p>\n

The representative did admit that nothing in football was certain, but for now the striker wants to continue building towards success with Sir Alex Ferguson’s champions.<\/p>\n

He added: “I don’t think this is the right time to leave, but we have seen everything in football. Both he and Manchester want to continue working together, but anything can happen in football.”<\/p>\n
