University College<\/li>\n<li>Assists the Principal Assistant Clerk of Works in negotiating for landed property for the University College<\/li>\n<li>Prepares and updates tenancy agreements<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the keeping of proper inventory of properties of the Unversity College<\/li>\n<li>And any other duties that may be assigned from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div readability=\"7\">\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div readability=\"9\">\n<p>The prospective applicants should have at least a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in Estate Management<\/li>\n<li>Or HND in Building Technology<\/li>\n<li>Or Diploma in Building<\/li>\n<li>Or Civil Engineering from recognised
