The Ho Polytechnic is investigating an alleged incident in which some of its students sexually molested female students and a tutor of the Ho Nursing Training College.<\/p>\n
The GNA reported that the Ho Poly students stormed the Training College during a float, fondled the breasts of some of their victims and inserted their fingers into the genitals of a lady they stripped naked.<\/p>\n
They are also said to have pulled out their penises, flaunting them with glee amidst invectives that student nurses are prostitutes.<\/p>\n
There are also reports that the students looted some shops and supermarkets during the incident.<\/p>\n
The action by the students follow a similar attack by the students of the University of Ghana on a lady they accuse of being a phone and laptop thief.<\/p>\n
Rector of the Polytechnic Dr. Jakpasu Afun told Joy News officials of the Training College have filed an official complaint for investigations.<\/p>\n
He said his outfit in collaboration with the Police have began investigating the matter in order to get to the bottom of the allegation.<\/p>\n
Officials of the polytechnic have met the Volta Regional Police Commander over the incident.<\/p>\n
Dr Afun said any student found culpable will not be spared.<\/p>\n
