that&#8217;s sure to have it&#8217;s twists and turns, the fate of each side could come down to as little as goal difference &#8211; remarkable considering that this battle began all the way back in August.<\/p>\n<p>The question is now who will be joining West Ham, who were relegated last weekend, in the Championship next season.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s how the table looks going into the final
