UGHELLI-WARRI Diocese of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, has urged Nigerians to tread the path of law and order in the spirit of the peaceful coexistence of all parts of the country.<\/p>\n

The Diocese in a communiqu\u00e9 at the end of its 10th synod, condemned the wanton destruction of lives and property in the crisis that trailed the results of the April 9,\u00a0 presidential election in some Northern states.<\/p>\n

The church expressed worry at the protracted and reoccurring incidents of insecurity and violent deaths of their young graduates, who went for youth corps service in some\u00a0 Northern states and called for \u201ca review of the NYSC programme\u00a0 to save our promising\u00a0 youths from untimely deaths in their attempt to answer a national call to service.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
