Ghanaian teenager Christian Atsu has vowed to hold down a permanent place in FC Porto\u2019s first team and play in the Uefa Champions League next season.<\/p>\n
The 19-year-old, on loan from local side Cheetah FC, was promoted to the Porto first team and was on the bench in their 2-0 triumph over Maritimo over the weekend.<\/p>\n
The utility winger is highly rated at the Estadio do Dragao and remains optimistic of siging a permanent deal in the summer.<\/p>\n
He told GHANAsoccernet.com \u201cI am not surprised that I\u2019m in first team now because I was playing really good. I scored ten goals from the wings and I think that is good.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cMy plan now is to work hard and remain in the first team. I have been training with them all the time so I believe I can do it. And when I do, you know there is Uefa Champions League action for me next season so there is more to work for,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
