Eric Bekoe is working his way to full time<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Egypt-based Ghana striker Eric Bekoe says has recovered from a recurrent knee injury that has kept him out of action for eight months but will not play any part in Petroject\u2019s season.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 23-year-old former Asante Kotoko goal poacher has completed his rehabilitation after he concluded checks on his knee in London.<\/p>\n

Doctors have ruled him out of action till the end of the season despite recovering in time before the Egyptian League concludes on 15 July.<\/p>\n

Petroject do not want to risk the Ghana international.<\/p>\n

He told GHANAsoccernet.com: \u201dI will start training at the gym today and I\u2019m highly relieved but I will not play the remaining matches in the league.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201dThe past few months have been difficult especially when you have to watch the games from the stands but I don\u2019t want to risk my recovery like it happened in the past and that how I have to miss the season.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n
