world.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div readability=\"16\">\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> West Africa, Accra.<\/p>\n<p>This position reports to the Field Service Team Leader, West Africa<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role:<br \/><\/strong>To deliver outstanding technical support on the assigned BD instruments and systems to the customers within the region in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ON site support\/ operational excellence involving installations, relocation, certifications and repairs of assigned BD instruments and systems<\/li>\n<li>Remote support, diagnostics and troubleshooting<\/li>\n<li>Field corrective actions and preventive maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div readability=\"7\">\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div readability=\"10.6967418546\">\n<p><strong>Key competencies:<br \/>Demonstrate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commitment to teamwork and ability to work with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer focus, &#038; attention to detail,<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and highly adaptable to work in changing environments<\/li>\n<li>Ability to accept personal responsibility coupled with high ethical values<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Professional Skills and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2\u00a0or more years experience in technical engineering\/ service<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the medical instruments\/ systems field is advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in PC\u00a0&#038; MAC\u00a0software applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in English and French is essential (spoken and written)<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently and prepared
